Your workshop registration fee includes admission to the workshop, printed workshop material, stationery, refreshments throughout the workshop and lunch.
Individuals may purchase one registration per workshop. Where multiple colleagues want to register, they should each register and pay separately through our website.
At this time, Clinical Insight Australia only accepts payment through its website. Payment must be made via your credit card or PayPal.
Registrations are processed on a first come first serve basis. Sales are finalised only when payment processing has been completed. Tax invoices will be issued by email to the email address you provide to Clinical Insight Australia. Tax invoices will be issued by email within 24 hours of completed payment processing. Clinical Insight Australia is not responsible for error or delay in registration processing or tax invoice distribution as a result of your providing incorrect information.
Cancellation of registration / refund policy
We understand that you may be precluded from attending a workshop for which you have registered due to circumstances beyond your control. Unfortunately, Clinical Insight Australia cannot be responsible for such circumstances. Requests for refunds must be made in writing prior to the event for which you have registered by emailing email@example.com. Refunds will only be issued up to 31 days prior to the event for which you have registered. Refunds incur a $50 processing fee. Refunds will not be issued within 30 days of the workshop for which you are registered.
Clinical Insight Australia is not responsible for any loss or expenses incurred as a result of attending a workshop including but not limited to travel, accommodation, childcare or meals.
Transfer of registration
In the event that you are unable to attend a workshop for which you have registered, you may be able to transfer your registration to a colleague. Such transfers can only be made with the express permission of Clinical Insight Australia. Requests for transfer of registration must be made in writing no later than 7 days prior to the event for which you have registered by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Such requests should include your name, contact phone number, tax invoice date and tax invoice number, and the full name, email address and contact phone number of the person to whom you would like your registration transferred.
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled, Clinical Insight Australia will notify you by email at the email address you provide at the time of registration. In such an event, Clinical Insight Australia will fully refund the registration fee.
Clinical Insight Australia is not responsible for any associated financial or other cost or loss that you may incur as a result of workshop cancellation.
It is a condition of entry that workshop attendees do not bring photographic, video or audio recording equipment for any purpose other than private non-commercial purposes, which may include, without limitation, smart phones (including iPhones, Android devices etc), video and/or audio recorders. Distribution of any such content is not permitted.
Our workshops are designed to provide high quality, affordable, relevant continuing professional development workshops to mental health professionals. This may include psychologists, clinical psychologists, psychiatrists, counselors, psychotherapists, social workers. Other health professionals including GPs and other allied health professionals may also be interested to attend. Our workshops are not treatment settings or situations for mental health care and should not be regarded as such.
While every effort is made to have the workshop format and content conform to that advertised, the final format and content of workshop material is ultimately determined by the workshop presenter. Clinical Insight Australia cannot be responsible for any deviation in content or format that the presenter may undertake during the workshop. All views and instruction communicated by the presenter are solely those of the presenter and do not represent the views of, or instruction from, Clinical Insight Australia.
